Cotton makes up a large part of Aritzia’s raw material mix, which is why we prioritise increasing our use of lower-impact cotton, including Regenagri certified fibres. We use these fibres in the production of our popular Denim Forum indigo styles.
Working with Regenagri-certified materials aligns with our impact goals thanks to the programme’s commitment to supporting farms to transition to regenerative farming practices that improve soil health, enhance biodiversity and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
Aritzia first incorporated Regenagri-certified cotton into our 2023 Denim Forum collection. In our 2024 collections, 94% of Denim Forum 100% cotton styles were made with Regenagri-certified regenerative cotton.
Reducing the environmental impact of all raw materials is a complex and ongoing journey and Aritzia remains dedicated to measurable progress towards our goals.
Working with an initiative like Regenagri that uses third-party verification is essential to ensuring credibility in our sustainability-related product claims.
